At Maarvi, we are committed to delivering fashion that you love. Every piece is triple-checked before shipping. However, to ensure clarity and fairness, please read our policy below:
1. 7-Day Easy Size Replacement
Did you order the wrong size? No problem! We want you to have the perfect fit.
- Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with the Maarvi Security Tag intact.
- Process: Once the request is approved, we arrange the pickup from your doorstep and ship the new size.
2. Fit Policy: Ready-to-Wear (Important)
Please note that Maarvi is a Ready-to-Wear brand.
- Standard Sizing: Our sizes are based on standard body charts, not custom molding.
- The Solution: We deliberately provide 2-inch inner margins inside every outfit.
- Our Recommendation: If an outfit is slightly loose or tight, we recommend utilizing these margins for minor alterations at your local tailor to achieve that perfect "glove-like" fit. Minor fit variations are not considered defects.
3. 48- Hour Damage Protection
Received something defective or the wrong item? We take full responsibility.
- Reporting Window: Report any defects within 48 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: We will provide a Free Replacement or refund immediately at Zero Cost to you (We cover 100% of the shipping).
- Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video. This acts as your "VIP Pass" for instant approval of any damage claims without questions asked.
4. Refunds
- Defective Items: We will process a 100% Full Refund to your original payment method or the Google Pay , Phonepay Or given UPI id.
- Size/Fit Issues: We provide Exchanges for the size issues !
5. The "No-Exception" Rules
To maintain strict hygiene standards for all customers, we cannot accept returns if:
- The Security Tag has been removed or tampered with.
- The garment shows signs of wear (perfume, sweat, stains).
- The item has been washed or altered.
