Please refer to our Size Chart on the product page. We recommend measuring your bust and waist carefully. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

What is your Return & Exchange policy?

We offer a 7-Day Size Exchange Policy. If the size you ordered doesn't fit, you can request a different size within 7 days of delivery.

  • Note: We do not offer monetary refunds for size or "fit preference" issues. We only provide size exchanges.

How do I report a defective or damaged product?

If you receive a damaged item, please email support@maarvi.in or WhatsApp us within 72 hours with a photo of the defect. We will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.

What if the outfit doesn't fit my body perfectly?

Our products are Ready-to-Wear (RTW) based on standardized size charts, not custom-tailored. To ensure you get your "exact fit," we provide 1.5 to 2-inch inner margins in all our outfits, allowing for easy local alterations to match your unique body type.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return passes a quick quality check, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
