For size exchanges only. Must be unused with original tags within 7 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Approval & Return Label

We respond within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we send a prepaid return shipping label — no cost to you for eligible returns.

Pack & Ship

Repack in original packaging with all tags attached. Courier partner will pickup from your doorstep and you will have provided tracking link to track your return on registered mail.

Refund or Replacement Dispatched

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed or replacement dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Exchange tip: Mention your preferred size in your first message so we can reserve it before stock runs out.
