1. Definitions
"We", "us", "our", "Maarvi" — Next In (GST registered name), trading as Maarvi,. Registered office: Shop No. 02, Munshi Chambers, Sarangpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
"You", "user", "visitor" — Any natural or legal person visiting maarvi.in and/or purchasing from us.
"Website" — maarvi.in and all associated pages, content, and services.
"Products" — Ethnic and fusion womenswear including Sharara sets, kurtis, and coordinated outfits sold through the Website.
"Order" — A request placed by you to purchase one or more Products through the Website.

Minor colour variations may occur due to screen calibration differences and shall not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
4. Eligibility
By placing an Order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. Orders for minors must be placed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility under these Terms.
5. Products & Availability
- All Products are dispatched from our Ahmedabad warehouse. Stock is subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue, or modify any Product at any time.
- All outfits are crafted with 1.5–2 inches of inner margin to allow for easy local alteration.
- Product images are illustrative. Actual fabric texture and sheen may vary slightly based on photography conditions.
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may be revised at any time; changes will not apply to Orders already confirmed.
6.2 Payment Methods
- Online: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets via PCI-DSS compliant gateways
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on all Orders across India
By providing payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the selected method. Maarvi does not store card or banking data on its servers.
6.3 Transaction Decline
We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any Transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time, or for any reason attributable to the payment gateway or issuing bank.
6.4 Order Confirmation
A confirmation email is sent upon successful Order placement. We reserve the right to cancel Orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued where applicable.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on all Orders across India.
- Orders dispatched from our Ahmedabad warehouse within 24–48 hours of placement.
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Remote PIN codes may take longer.
- Delivery addresses cannot be changed after dispatch — please verify your address carefully at checkout.
- Maarvi is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
8.1 Size Exchange — 7 Days
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags intact.
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

8.2 Return Pickup Process
- Our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2 working days of approval.
- You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification on the pickup day.
- A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made. If uncollected on the 3rd attempt, the request is marked as failed and no further action will be taken.
- Maarvi is not responsible if an incorrect item is handed over at pickup. Please ensure only the approved item is packed.
- If courier pickup is unavailable at your location, self-shipping may be required at your own cost.
8.3 Sale & Promotional Orders
Items purchased during sale events or with discount codes are eligible for size exchange or replacement only. Refunds are not available on such orders unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed or a wrong item was delivered.
8.4 Defective or Wrong Item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no additional cost. Claims raised beyond 48 hours may not be accepted.
8.5 Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method after the returned item passes quality check. COD order refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
8.6 Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' at time of purchase
- Colour variation due to screen or monitor display differences
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Reproduction of any content from this Website is prohibited except in accordance with the copyright notice which forms part of these Terms. All trademarks reproduced on this Website which are not the property of, or licensed to, Maarvi are acknowledged on the Website from time to time.
The Maarvi brand name, logo, product imagery, outfit designs, and all website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Maarvi, protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not create a link to our Website from another website or document without our prior written consent.

- The decline of authorisation for any Transaction on account of the cardholder exceeding the preset limit agreed with our acquiring bank, or for any reason attributable to the payment gateway or issuing bank
- Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in Website content, product descriptions, or pricing
- Delays or non-delivery caused by courier partners or force majeure events
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss of any nature
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Order giving rise to that claim.
